    Byron Center & MSU Community Lax for a Cause Day

    BC LAX is having their first annual BC Lacrosse Fight Cancer Game on Sunday. All proceeds from the day will go to help off set medical costs for Dylan Bussa, an 11th grade lacrosse player at BCPS that is battling cancer, as well as a donation made to cancer research. A free clinic for all Byron Center residents grades 3rd-8th from 12:00 Noon-1:30 pm will be hosted by MSU LAX coaches and players. All you need is a stick. The Byron Center JV will play Kentwood at 2:00 pm. The Byron Center Varsity will play Holland at 4:00 pm. MSU will play WMU at 7:00 pm. From 2:00 pm-6:00 pm a free mini carnival will take place. Admission for the entire day is $5. BC LAX is selling tee-shirts for $10 in honor of Dylan. Wear your tee-shirt and get in free. You can purchase tee-shirts at the game or buy them early by going to the office of any BCPS school and fill out the tee-shirt order form.
