The Grand Rapids Ball Drop is returning to downtown Grand Rapids for New Year’s Eve. If you would like some free general admission tickets our Street Team will be out at different locations this weekend handing out pairs of tickets. On Friday from 12:00 Noon to 1:00 pm you can find them at Pietro’s at 2780 Birchcrest Dr., SE, in Grand Rapids. Pietro’s will be having a special pizza buffet for everyone! It is $8.95 for all you can eat! Stop by and pick up your New Years Eve tickets and have some lunch. Later Friday afternoon from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm the Street Team moved to the Front Lawn of The B.O.B. at Monroe and Fulton. On Saturday the team heads south to Middleville. They will be at Mitten Pizza at 11446 Chief Noonday Rd. in Middleville from 12:00 Noon to 1:00 pm

Brent Morin is a Los Angeles based comedian, actor and writer. He is best known for his role as Justin Kearney in the NBC sitcom "Undateable”. Brent had two comedy specials on Netflix. On Saturday, the Bissell Pet Foundation will help Empty the Shelters by sponsoring adoption fees at over 125 shelters across the U.S. For the reduced fee of $25, you can adopt a furry friend.
