Sylvester Stallone has had two great franchise characters, Rocky Balboa and John Rambo, and was able to resurrect both over the last decade successfully. But though Balboa's gloves are hung up (even if Stallone recently paid homage to that character), it looks like we're going to get a 'Rambo 5' that promises to be one of the most thoughtful of the series' sequels.

'Sin City 2' is bringing back many familiar faces from the first film and that includes Rosario Dawson, who stars in the first clip from the movie. Here, she uses her feminine ways to show a man what's inside of her trunk.

With Warner Brothers struggling to bring their 'Twilight Zone' movie reboot into production, it's funny to see MGM swoop in and announce that 'Doctor Strange' director Scott Derrickson and C. Robert Cargill (who previously wrote 'Sinister' together) will be collaborating on making a big screen adaptation of 'The Outer Limits.'

We've grown used to seeing Robert Downey Jr. in the Iron Man suit over the past couple years, and it's been a while since he's done any serious dramatic acting, so can the once and future Tony Stark win an Oscar? Perhaps he'll finally get the golden statue for 'The Judge,' as it seems he's chasing one going by the film's first trailer.

The latest TV spot for 'Dawn of the Planet of the Apes' cleanly lays out what's happened since the last film, while also sets up expectations for the war to come. And we're excited. This summer started out a little weak, but the movies keep getting better, and we're hoping that trend continues as we can't wait to see this sequel to 'Rise of the Planet of the Apes' next month.

Denzel Washington returns to action in '‘The Equalizer' trailer, though he's a little slower than he used to be. Instead of taking out a room full of criminals in sixteen seconds it takes him nearly twenty. Maybe it's time to retire.

'Forrest Gump,' which turns 20 this year, is about to be rolled back into theaters to celebrate. Paramount has announced that the film will screen in IMAX auditoriums starting September 5, and have also moved up 'SpongeBob SquarePants 2' from February 13 to February 6, 2015.

Earlier today when the 'Cliffhanger' reboot was announced, we joked that Hollywood was turning to action movies (and seemingly specifically action movies from the nineties) as the new hot property to remake/reboot. Now there's word that 'Stargate' will not only be rebooted by its original creators Roland Emmerich and Dean Devlin, but the plan is to turn the reboot into a trilogy.

With the recent cancellation of 'Community,' there was hope that Netflix might swoop in and grant the show a sixth season, fulfilling a long running joke about the series. It turns out that it might be Hulu that picks up the show for an additional year at Greendale.

Steven Spielberg has been lining up projects left and right, but one might become the front-runner for his next movie with this latest announcement: Joel and Ethan Coen have been hired to write Spielberg's currently untitled Cold War thriller, which is tentatively set to star Tom Hanks.

In the second trailer for Tate Taylor's James Brown biopic 'Get on Up,' we're informed that James Brown (Chadwick Boseman) made it to soul superstardom without -- and perhaps in spite of -- his mother (Viola Davis), who only came into his life once he achieved success.

In the latest clip and featurette for 'Maleficent,' Angelina Jolie suggests the film is faithful to the original story, and that her character loves being evil. We always figured that this film was a more modern take that cast Maleficent as the possible hero of the story, though this clip doesn't answer that question entirely. Which makes us curious how it plays out.
