Wine & Wig is this weekend, and Jojo sat down this week to wear a wig, and talk all about this great event. This year the event benefits Susan G. Komen Michigan, the American Cancer Society, and Gilda’s Club Grand Rapids.

For the past few weeks, we have been taking entries at the website for the 'I Know What You Did Last Summer' contest. Listeners submitted a quick story about how they spent their money this past summer, and why they need $1000 to help pay the bills! After looking at over 200 entries, the winner has been announced!

Surge: the final frontier. If you have been sticking to 97.9 WGRD, you'd know that I am quite the Surge fan. I have been part of the Surge Movement for a number of years now, and was extremely excited when Surge was re-released exclusively through Amazon. Things are starting to change though.
