Concerts & Shows Coming to West Michigan in November

Thursday, November 4, 2021 - 7:30 pm - DeVos Performance Hall, Grand Rapids, MI

You may remember the TV show "Who's Line Is It Anyway?", at one time hosted by Drew Carey. Well this is a traveling spin-off of that program. It's 90 minutes of hilarious improvised comedy and song all based on audience suggestions. Cast members Ryan Stiles, Greg Proops, Jeff B. Davis, and Joel Murray will be on stage at DeVos Performance Hall in downtown Grand Rapids.

Friday, November 5, 2021 - 8:00 pm - Firekeepers Casino, Battle Creek, MI

The band was originally formed in Chicago back in 1967. The self-described "rock and roll band with horns" has produced numerous top-40 hits...songs like "If You Leave Me Now", "Hard to Say I'm Sorry", "Saturday in the Park", and "25 or 6 to 4". The band  continues to record and perform live. They will be at Firekeepers Casino in Battle Creek on Friday, November 5th. This show is SOLD OUT.

Friday, November 5, 2021 - 8:00 pm - GLC Live at 20 Monroe, Grand Rapids, MI

A Wizard, A True Star. The title of Todd Rundgren's 1973 solo album sums up the contributions of this artist. Todd Rundgren is a songwriter, video pioneer, producer, recording artist, computer software developer, conceptualist, and interactive artist. He will be at GLC LIve at 20 Monroe on Friday, November 5th.

Another band out of Chicago, IL that has been recording and performing for decades. They've had many hit songs...like "Babe", "Renegade", "Too Much Time on My Hands", and "Mr. Roboto". Styx has the unique distinction of being the first band in rock history to have four consecutive certified multimillion-selling albums in a row. They will be at the Silver Creek Event Center at Four Winds Casino on Friday, November 5th.

Saturday, November 6, 2021 - 7:30 pm - Van Andel Arena, Grand Rapids, MI

The Dave Matthews Band has sold more than 25 million tickets since its inception and a collective 38 million CDs and DVDs combined. Their hit songs include: "Satellite", "Ants Marching", "Don't Drink the Water", and "Crash Into Me". You can catch DMB at the Van Andel Arena on Saturday, November 6th.

Friday, November 12, 2021 - 9:00 pm - Silver Creek Event Center, Four Winds Casino, New Buffalo, MI

From Australia, the Little River Band had had several multi-platinum albums and hits including “Reminiscing”,  “Cool Change”, “Lonesome Loser,” and “Take It Easy On Me”. They have sold over 30 million albums worldwide and set a record for having Top 10 hits for six consecutive years. They will be at the Silver Creek Events Center at Four Winds Casino on Friday, November 12th.

Just a week after the Little River Band, you can catch Gladys Knight at Four Winds Casino. She will be there on November 19th. Gladys Knight is a seven-time Grammy winner who has enjoyed #1 hit songs in the Pop, Gospel, R&B, and Adult Contemporary genres. She has recorded more than 38 albums over the years, including four solo albums during the past decade.

Thanksgiving weekend will give you a couple of chances to see The Temptations in Michigan. On Friday, they will be at the Silver Creek Event Center at Four Winds Casino. Billboard named The Temptations one of the “125 Greatest of All Time Artists”. They have had 16 #1 R&B albums and 43 Top Ten R&B hit songs over four decades, including 14 #1 singles. Their hits include “My Girl”, “Get Ready”, and “Papa Was a Rollin’ Stone”. The Temptations have been named one of Rolling Stone magazine’s 100 Greatest Artists of All Time. They were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1989.

Saturday, November 27, 2021 - 8:00 pm - Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort, Mt. Pleasant, MI

The next night, Saturday, November 27th, The Temptations will be pairing up with The Four Tops for a show at Soaring Eagle Casino in Mt. Pleasant.

The Four Tops have had many hits, including their first Motown hit, “Baby I Need Your Loving” in 1964. Other hits included “I Can’t Help Myself (Sugar Pie, Honey Bunch)” -- one of Motown’s longest-running chart toppers, “Reach Out I’ll Be There”, and “Walk Away Renee”, just to name a few!

The Monday after Thanksgiving, November 29th, Broadway Grand Rapids presents the 35th Anniversary Mannheim Steamroller Christmas at DeVos Performance Hall. For the first time ever, hear the entire album that started it all, LIVE - "Mannheim Steamroller Christmas!"
