All football teams have a tradition of handing out game balls after a victory. They're intended to be mementos for a well played effort. For the Detroit Lions under Dan Campbell, the post game locker room awarding of game balls have become must-see viewing for many fans.
After the Week 6 blowout against Dallas, there was a special moment when it was Coach Campbell who was surprised with the postgame honor.

There were two game balls offered in the locker room celebration. The first to quarterback Jared Goff who had a stellar performance - one that earned him an 'A+' from Fox TV commentator Tom Brady - and another game ball to defensive star Brian Branch who had a career day being responsible for 3 turnovers - 2 intersections and a forced fumble.

Before the team broke, Goff interrupts Campbell to announce "our head coach is our rock. We're in Dallas. His place. Where he played. Game ball goes to him."
Campbell was immediately and visually emotional with a headshake and wide smile before breaking the team down.
