A. People. She says it's the spirit of people who have been through so much and still remain optimistic and help each other.

A. When she was first elected, she approached a podium with a microphone. She tripped over the cord and pulled the whole thing down. She said it was a catastrophe.

A. When people are rude. She especially can not abide when people are rude to servers at restaurants. Making a Big Lebowski reference she stated, "The dude does not abide".
