G.R. Brothers Arrested after Craigslist Meet-up Turns Deadly Outside of MI Wal-Mart
Two men from Grand Rapids are currently in custody in connection with a shooting outside of Wal-Mart in Caledonia Township, near Owosso.
On Friday night, 1/27, Two men, from Flint, were discovered shot to death, inside a car, that was parked at the Wal-Mart lot.
Through investigation, police discovered that the two men from Flint made a Craigslist post wanting to sell marijuana. The Grand Rapids men reached out to them, and that's when it was decided to meet at the Wal-Mart parking lot to make the transaction. However, once they showed up to the Wal-Mart, the suspects robbed the victims and then shot them.
The suspects, a 31-year-old and 23-year-old man, whom are also brothers, were both arrested over the weekend and are being held in the Shiawassee County Jail, where they will be charged later this week.
