UPDATE LOCATED ON 5/1/2019:  The mother of Calista states the teen has been located. The teen has been deemed a runaway. Kalamazoo's Sheriff Richard Fuller said the man authorities were looking for that was linked to the teenager's disappearance, 45-year-old Samuel Chrispens, is not a suspect and had no involvement in the situation.

 

Authorities in Michigan are looking for a teenage girl from Kalamazoo County who went missing Tuesday morning.

An AMBER Alert was issued for 13-year-old Calista Kay Rose Tuesday night, after she was last seen earlier in Galesburg around 1:30am Tuesday. Rose is a white teen with black hair and hazel eyes, who was last seen wearing a black t-shirt and pink winter coat. She could be travelling with Samuel Leroy Chrispens, a 45-year-old white man; they might be in a 2011 four-door Chrysler, that’s gray in color with Michigan License Plate number  1MCW51.
