Iconic Detroit Rapper Drops Lions ‘Run the North’ Song
The Detroit Lions may just be a team of destiny. After the team's come-from-behind win against the Houston Texans Detroit's iconic GMAC Cash was ready to drop a new song 'Run the North.'
And it's not bluster with the team sporting an 8-1 record with wins already on the books against divisional foes.

GMAC Cash has often gone viral with short and very timely songs about current topics. His best known tracks are Big Gretch - an homage to Michigan's governor Gretchen Whitmer, Giant Slide about a large metal carnival slide that allowed users to get unexpected big air, and Detroit Sign a new green Welcome to Detroit sign posted along I-94 ahead of the 2024 NFL Draft which originated from Detroit.
The new Lions song notes the team's position atop its division, the NFC North.
