As someone who thinks there's nothing better than brunch, I really get jazzed for a good brunch buffet. Usually you get the breakfast classics: Scrambled eggs, omelets, French Toast, pancakes, bacon, sausage --

But also, the hand carved roasts and yummy desserts!
