New Mexican Restaurant with Gigantic Menu Now Open in Wayland

There's a new spot for authentic Mexican food in Wayland - and the menu is huge!

Mi Guadalajara is now open at 152 S. Main Street in Wayland.

Here is a look inside the new restaurant.

I love options when dining out - and Mi Guadalajara sure has them!

For appetizers you will find SO many kinds of dip - Queso Fundido, Spinach Dip, Guacamole, Bean Dip, and Ceviche to name a few.

You could also start of with Chicken Wings, Quesadillas, Nachos or a variety of soup and salad.

One unique appetizer that really stands out is Pizza Birria, which is a 12-inch quesadilla stuffed with homemade burria meat and served with consommé, onions, lime and cilantro.

Entrees include Chimichangas, Enchiladas, Burritos, Sizzling Fajitas, Flautas, and a Variety of Combination Plates. You'll also find Chicken, Steak, and Seafood dishes.

Vegetarians will also find a bunch of options, like Bean Burritos, Potato Enchiladas, Spinach Enchiladas, Potato Flautas, and more.

The drink menu is also huge! Pick from a variety of Margaritas, Sangria, Daquiris, and Micheladas.

If you're not familiar, Micheladas are made with beer, lime juice, tomato juice, assorted sauces, spices, and chili peppers, and often includes chilled shrimp.

You'll also find a variety of Tequila, including Cuervo Gold, Herradura, Cabo Wabo, and Patron.

Mi Guadalajara is open Monday through Thursday 10a.m. to 10p.m., Friday and Saturday 11a.m. to 10:3p.m., and Sunday 12p.m. to 9p.m.
