We've seen this tactic used before, with the creepy skeleton featured in a Muskegon, Mich., house listing and it seems to work! In fact, this isn't the first appearance Michael Myers has made in a real estate listing...

I gotta admit, the photos with him checking out knives in kitchen and peeking out of the treehouse are pretty funny.

And honestly, the house is kinda cool, though a little creepy... but do I just think that because of well, you know, the terrifying killer featured in the photos?

According to the listing, the residence is "full of rustic charm" on a "quiet dead-end street"...

Sounds like they've done some remodeling on the two-bed, two-bath,1,459 square foot home (Why? Perhaps covering up a MURDER scene??) --

Upstairs was originally three bedrooms, but has since been converted to a two bedroom allowing for a larger primary bedroom.

And the basement walk-out basement with the bar/ hangout area is a nice feature... though I don't know if I'd drink ANY cocktail made by Michael Myers...
