Michigan Panthers Player Caught Slapping Fan After UFL Game
The NFL is the most profitable sport in America, with the Super Bowl and other matchups consistently appearing on the top-watched shows of the year. However, the NFL only runs from September to February, leaving football fans hungry for something to fill that gap.

Enter the United Football League (UFL), a growing spring league of which Michigan is a part. When your competition for viewership is the NFL, you'll take whatever exposure you can get. However, they probably aren't happy with the headline going around right now after a Michigan Panthers player was caught on video slapping a fan.
Panthers Vs Battlehawks
The Michigan Panthers took on the St. Louis Battlehawks in St. Louis. After a back-and-forth 4th quarter, the Battlehawks came out on top in a 32-27 victory. However, something you won't see in the highlight reel is something that took place after the game ended between wide receiver Samson Nacua, brother of Los Angeles Rams receiver Puka Nacua.

Players have to put up with trash talk from fans in no matter what game they're playing in however, it is security's job to handle the issue. That didn't happen on Saturday. Video of the altercation shows Nacua jump up and slap a fan who was leaning over the railing.
It isn't known what the fan said, but resorting to physical assault is not the right response, especially when many of these players are trying to look their best for potential NFL scouts
The slap was not addressed in the post-game press conference, though it was noted that it was a tough atmosphere to play in. Slapping a fan who is taking the time to attend a game is never a good look. As a result, Nacua has been suspended for one game and will participate in community service.
