Unbelievable! Michigan Woman Hits Lottery After Gas Station Clerk’s Life-Changing Advice

When it comes to playing the lottery, people have all kinds of strategies that they use, thinking it will result in them winning big.

Then there are some people, like this Michigan woman, who won a big lottery prize thanks to a suggestion from a clerk at a gas station.

Michigan Woman Wins $500,000 Thanks to Gas Station Clerk

Amanda Hughes is now $500,000 richer thanks to the gas station clerk at the Kwik Trip in Marquette.

Amanda shared with the Michigan Lottery how she won big:

"I don't play scratch-off tickets a lot, but I do buy one every once in a while, When I was at the store, I asked for the $20 Wild Time game, but they had sold out of it, so the clerk suggested 50X Wild Time. When I scratched the ticket off and saw the prize of $500,000, I wasn't sure if it was real at first. I thought I must not have read the instructions correctly, so I reread them and then went back into the store to scan the ticket and have the clerk look at it. It was surreal when I realized I really had just won $500,000"

Amanda says with her newfound money she is going to buy a house, and whatever money is leftover will go into savings for her kids.
