New Mother-Daughter Business Brings Style to Grilling in West Michigan

But, if you're looking for something fun or feminine, until recently, you were out of luck. Thanks to a North Muskegon mother-daughter duo, girls we can now fire up those grills in style.
The inspiration behind this new small business is 11-year-old Frannie Williamson. Her love for grilling sparked an idea in her mother, Katie Williamson, who wanted to encourage Frannie to continue her passion. Katie searched on Amazon for grill tools and accessories that would inspire her daughter, but they couldn’t find exactly what they were looking for. And so their brand, “You Grill Girl” was born.
“You Grill Girl” offers a range of stylish and functional grilling accessories designed with young female grill enthusiasts in mind. Frannie and Katie are hard at work developing more tools to add to their collection, aiming to make grilling not just a culinary activity, but a fun and stylish one too.
