Post Malone Invites War And Treaty On Stage During Opry Debut
Post Malone has been having a huge year since he announced that he was going country with his upcoming album F-1 Trillion. He's released a few songs ahead of the album's drop on Friday, with some of the greatest country artists of this era. He has already shared songs including Morgan Wallen, Blake Shelton and Luke Combs.
We also know that based on the track list that has already leaked, he has some pretty huge cameos that we've not heard yet, including a song called "California Sober" with Chris Stapleton.
Last night, Post Malone made his debut at the Grand Ol' Opry in Nashville, and when he planned to perform his anticipated duet with Stapleton for the first time in public. However, Chris Stapleton was busy and unable to make it to the Opry that evening. Instead, Post Malone invited someone else to join him on stage.

He made an excellent choice on who to sub in for the appearance, Grand Rapid's own The War and Treaty. While introducing them, he said "I recently made some friends, and they can sing their ass off", right before bringing them on stage to perform.
The duo made a (somewhat) surprise appearance to perform "California Sober" with Post Malone, and they sounded incredible. While this was far from their first performance on the Opry stage, it was likely one of their most iconic to date. Whether they are the stars of the show, or just showing up to back someone else up for their first time in the circle, they always impress on Country's most famous stage.
