The infamous "sign stealer guy" is heading to Netflix this August.

Connor Stalions, who allegedly helped the University of Michigan gather intel and signals from upcoming Wolverines opponents, is getting the opportunity to share his side of the sign stealing scandal.

What Did Connor Stalions Do?

If you're somehow unfamiliar with the story, Stalions found himself in quite the controversy during the 2023-24 college football season. He was hired in 2022 by the University of Michigan's football program as an off-field analyst. Stalions resigned from his position in November 2023. The Michigan Wolverines went on to complete a perfect 15-0 season with a 2024 National Championship 34-13 win over the Washington Huskies.

On top of that, Stalions was identified as the primary figure guilty of organizing a group of individuals who allegedly purchased tickets to Big 10 games with the intention of gathering opponents' info. They did this by personally recording signals from opposing teams' sidelines, an activity prohibited since 1994.

When is the Connor Stalions Documentary Heading to Netflix?

The documentary will be a part of Netflix's "UNTOLD" series. Stalions' documentary is called “Sign Stealer” and will premiere Aug. 27, and will be available to stream by 3 am. It will be a part of a three-part series. The other "UNTOLD" stories will cover the 2009 murder of Tennessee Titans quarterback Steve McNair and U.S. soccer goalkeeper Hope Solo.
