A stunning, waterfront mansion with two pools and an indoor basketball court has just hit the market for a little less than $8 million.

This 18,000-square-foot masterpiece features six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, an outdoor entertainment area, a golf simulator room, a dance studio, and a sauna. The Zillow listing calls it an "entertainment paradise," featuring the perfect blend of polished sophistication and welcoming warmth.

A Well-Known Flint Businessman is Selling His Beautiful Home

The home's current owner is well-known Flint businessman Phil Hagerman, the former CEO of Diplomat Pharmacy. Hagerman is now the CEO of Forum Health, a Flint-based healthcare company. He tells Crain's Detroit Business that he's selling the mansion because he has children and grandchildren in various parts of the county and does a great deal of business-related travel.

The home was built in 2015, and Hagerman says he's invested about $15 million to make the home and the six-acre property a true showplace.
