Joe Walsh is selling his "sophisticated" 3,800 square foot home in Beverly Hills, Calif, with an asking price of $5.3 million. You can see dozens of photos of the home below.

According to the Los Angeles Times, the Eagles, James Gang and solo star's soon-to-be former residence dates back to 1966, but has been "extensively renovated and re-imagined with an emphasis on designer details." It features four bedrooms and seven full bathrooms.

Tina Stern of Wish Sotheby’s International Realty holds the listing for this property. The company's website describes the home as a "private sophisticated celebrity-owned contemporary on (approximately) half an acre. Its mid-century beginning has been re-imagined and expanded from studs to ceiling with meticulous attention to style and design. The open-concept layout is made for entertaining and is abundantly light."

As you would imagine, the house also features a stereo system with built-in speakers and a six-camera security system with motion-detecting recording.

"This home evokes memories of summer vacations that seemed endless and the opportunity to create new ones for the future," the listing concludes.

In February, Walsh also put his four-acre Encinatas, Calif. horse ranch on the market for $2.87 million.

The Eagles will apparently be spending a lot of time at their respective homes this year. The group recently announced that the only two North American shows they will play in 2019 will be Sept. 27 and 28 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. They will perform their 1976 album Hotel California in its entirety at both shows.
