Where Does Michigan Fall in a Ranking of all Mid-American Conference College Towns?
When people think of Michigan and college sports likely the first thought is to the Big 10 and the state's two largest universities. But quickly behind that is the MAC, Mid-American Conference.
Three of Michigan's Directional Schools, Western, Central and Eastern, are charter members of the conference. Ohio schools claim a majority of the league's membership with a single school in both Indiana and New York.

Below we rank each MAC college town. The membership of cities is widely diverse. Some larger cities, some very small middle-of-nowhere towns and some suburban communities.
