Man Killed By Sucker Punch In Michigan Bar [Video]

As if the punch wasn't bad enough, no one seemed in a hurry to help the dude lying on the floor.

Shawn Kubic died after three days after being punched from behind by a man at Kapone's Bar in St. Clair Shores just before Christmas. 

The man who punched Kubic has been arrested, and his friend charged as well, for throwing his drink on Kubic after he hit the floor.

The Macomb County Prosecutor, Eric Smith, says Hatum Akrawi is facing secong dgree manslaughter charges following the incident.

Smith says there was a disgreement between Kubic and Akrawi's friend, but they are unsure of what it was about.
