It's conference time at my kids' school. They are both bright, intelligent, smart, popular and beautiful children. Doesn't everyone think that about their own kids?

So I was on my way to lunch when I passed our break room at WFGR. And there it sat. Four free pizzas. Like I can turn THAT down!

So went to a new place for lunch today. Fat Johnny's. I'm sorry ANYPLACE with "Fat" in the title of the place, is A-O-K by me! On Division, soon to be moving to Monroe Center. Tasty.

Yep, it's a fun filled night at the old Russell House last night. Thought I'd sit down and watch some quality TV.

I posed this on my Facebook page. "So, when it's 97 on July 15th, I don' wanna here NO bitchin'...." I like Michigan's four seasons, but this one is starting to get to me.

Kids grow up so fast. Yesterday, I shared a picture of my son, Hunter, barely above a snowdrift at my house. Today I give you my daughter, Jaylynn, on our weekend trip to the store.

We have got a lot of snow. So high are the drifts and banks at my house that I had a hard time shoveling them -- and a certain child could almost get lost in one.

Who says food porn isnt appealing? Ok most people. But instead of posting it on my Facebook page, Im posting my steak and potato dinner from last night here! Look I'm not a fancy guy. Meat and potatoes are my thing.

The high temperature today is supposed to be 12 degrees. With this being our second polar vortex blast of the winter, I thought for the Picture of the Day today we would harken back to those days of summer and warmth.

I could eat pizza every day. Simple as that. Jet's Pizza has a new pizza-and-breadsticks thing. It's pretty amazing. I ain't gonna lie. So, I ordered it. It was delicious.

Like most people, I ate lunch today. And even though I have lived in Grand Rapids for almost four years now, I had never been to Founders Brewing Co. -- until today.
