U of M Gets ‘Trashed’ by Ohio State in Retaliatory Halftime Skit [VIDEO]
While all eyes in Michigan were on the battle between Michigan and Michigan in East Lansing on Saturday, Ohio State University's marching band took a retaliatory shot at the Wolverines.
You may remember a couple of weeks ago when the University of Michigan band threw shade at the Buckeyes with a halftime skit that made fun of Ohio's beer pong abilities - or more accurately the Buckeys' lack of beer pong abilities. If you haven't seen it, check out the video here.
And Then for the Retaliation
So on Saturday (10/30) during its game against Penn State, Ohio State's marching band returned the favor. The skit featured two people but they weren't playing beer pong. One of them opened a trash can - the same trash can occupied by Sesame Street's Oscar the Grouch - and the other walked the University of Michigan logo down the field to that very trashcan and dropped it in.
Ouch. That one hurts, especially after Michigan's loss to Michigan State earlier in the day.
This rivalry runs deep.
